We are pleased to announce the opening of our third Bryn Mawr Dermatology office in Chesterbrook. We’ve been actively looking for the perfect location to launch our third office for years, and we found it in Chesterbrook, PA! The Main Line and surrounding suburbs, including Chesterbrook, has been experiencing steady population growth over the years. As the population has increased, so has the demand for healthcare services, including the services we offer at Bryn Mawr Dermatology. To better accomidate our current patients, and to invite countless more into the BMD family, we have designed a brand new space in which our extraordinary providers will offer comprehensive dermatological care for your whole family.

The new office is located at 945 Chesterbrook Blvd. Chesterbrook, PA 19087. While GPS will take you straight to it, here are some landmarks that might help you picture it.
Bryn Mawr Dermatology has grown rapidly since its inception in 2005, during which time we’ve been serving a growing patient population in the Western Philly suburbs. The practice quickly outgrew Dr. Stanko’s original location in the Founder’s building across from Bryn Mawr Hospital, and we made the move to the current, much larger location in Villanova in 2017. Then, BMD launched its second office in Collegeville in 2018. Since then, both locations have been a big success, and it was just a matter of time until we found the next spot for office number three.
Over the years, we have gained the business of many who live significantly West of the Main Line, and we appreciate the hours and frustration you’ve spent on the highly trafficked roads in that area getting to your appointments. The new Chesterbrook location will allow us to serve you in your neighborhood, and offer additional appointment availability. We want to earn the patronage of your friends, families, and colleagues who have not yet found top-notch medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care.
We opened the new, beautiful space in October of 2023 with the ambitious goal of filling it with happy clients. Ambitious because this new space, which is nearly the size of our current Villanova and Collegeville offices combined, is an impressive 11,000 square feet . There are 12 examination and treatment rooms, an ever-expanding menu of services, and all the bells and whistles you’ve come to expect from BMD. You should anticipate concierge pharmacy care with a complimentary courier service, board-certified Mohs Micrographic Surgeons, cutting-edge cosmetic devices, and the same patient-centric care that defines our practice. Your skin is our business.
Four providers are currently practicing in this Chesterbrook; however, we are looking to add to that number in the coming months. Our Founder, Dr. Christine Stanko, is one of the providers in our newest office and is very excited about the office opening and serving a new population of patients. The four providers you can find providing general dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, and surgical dermatology in Chesterbrook are Dr. Christine Stanko, Dr. Seana Covello, Katie Venesky, PA-C and Amanda Ritschel, Licensed Aesthetician. These are all long-time employees of Bryn Mawr Dermatology, and they each embody the BMD Mission: Create a healthcare environment where every patient encounter is personalized and productive. We are lucky to have each and every one of them on the team.
The new office opening is dedicated to providing a wide range of dermatological services. They offer comprehensive medical dermatology, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of various skin conditions such as acne, rashes, cysts, lipomas, eczema, hair loss, HPV/HSV, hyperhidrosis, nail disorders, rosacea, skin cancer, and more.
In addition to medical dermatology, the office offers surgical dermatology services, including excisions, ED&Cs, and minor procedures such as laceration repairs, foreign body removal, and incision and drainages.
The office provides cosmetic dermatology options for those looking to enhance their appearance. While Dr. Stanko and her team are acquiring additional devices to expand their menu, we are taking the time to vet new technologies thoroughly. Currently, we offer treatments such as laser hair reduction, body sculpting, scar reduction, pigmentation treatments, Botox, Dysport, Dermal Facial Fillers, Sculptra, Kybella, and Sclerotherapy, all performed by their skilled providers. Moreover, the new office has a licensed aesthetician who can provide a wide range of additional skincare services to help clients achieve their desired looks.
